1. Services
iRepair Experts provides device repair services for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices. All repairs are subject to availability of parts and technician assessment.
2. Bookings & Payments
- Bookings can be made online or in-store
- Payment is required upon completion of repair
- We accept cash, card, and digital payments
- Quotes are estimates; final price may vary based on actual repair needs
3. Warranty
All repairs come with a 12-month warranty covering parts and workmanship. See our Warranty page for full details.
4. Liability
- We are not responsible for data loss. Please backup your device before repair.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage not related to our repairs
- Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the repair service
5. Data & Privacy
Your device may be accessed during diagnostics and repair. We respect your privacy and do not access personal data unnecessarily. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Abandoned Devices
Devices not collected within 30 days of completion may be considered abandoned and disposed of.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
